Job Purpose: To oversee the Order Entry team and to manage the order process though the fulfillment cycle. Responsible for supporting overall eCommerce
Sales targets and business growth through implementing planning processes, working to execute with efficiency by identifying key opportunities and providing
actionable solutions in a fast paced environment.

 

Summary of Essential Job Duties

Managing and communicating priorities and updates effectively within each team regarding workloads
Engaging in customer-facing relationships to assess customer needs and initiate the development of product solutions by interacting directly with customers, reps,
and end users via phone, email, and occasionally in person
Support Order Entry team and ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing
Managing EDI customer’s needs and processes while ensuring minimum chargeback violations
Responsible for transitioning acquisition related open orders from acquired company to Microsoft Dynamics Navision accurately and timely
Managing the team to ensure proper backorder releases and return authorizations are being done efficiently
Review on hold orders daily to minimize amount of time orders are waiting to be released to warehouse
Provide detailed reports to Sales and Management for review

Ability to plan and execute new processes and procedures
Ability to communicate between multiple departments effectively and efficiently
Ability to multitask
Experienced with Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel and Outlook. Power BI a plus
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
Familiarity with order fulfillment, corporate purchasing
Attention to detail and accurate results

 

Required Education and Experience
3+ years of Management Experience Required
2+ years of Order Management, Customer Service or Data Entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic NAV or similar ERP systems preferred
Project Management experience a plus
